Key anilox roller features
1. Wear, corrosion and high-temperature resistance for a long service life and lower costs.
2. ALE fiber laser engraving provides high ink transfer, consistent cells, smooth cell walls and flat cell bottoms for fast ink release and easy cleaning.
3. Strict plasma spraying processes ensure the ceramic layer's porosity, thickness and uniformity.
4. A nickel-chromium alloy bond coat secures the ceramic layer to the roller base and helps prevent corrosive ink components from reaching the base.
5. A cell volume inspection report is provided with every product to ensure accurate ink capacity.
