Static electricity generated during gravure printing is an important factor in print quality. Excessive static can produce sparks and cause fires. Carbon-fiber antistatic brushes are widely used in the plastics and paper industries because they are easy to install, inexpensive and effective at reducing static.
Carbon fiber supports corona and contact discharge to reduce static electricity. Its high conductivity and stable physical and chemical properties make it suitable for plastics and paper applications. Antistatic brushes in various lengths, made with German or Japanese carbon fibers, are suitable for medium- and high-speed presses, slitters, bag-making machines, laminators and other packaging machinery.
Purpose: eliminate static, improve printing, lamination and bag-making quality, and prevent fire hazards.
Features:
1. Conductivity: excellent conductor-like electrical properties.
2. Flexibility: fabric-like softness avoids scratching contacted materials and removes static promptly.
3. Corrosion resistance: withstands acids, alkalis, oxidation, high and low temperatures, and prolonged immersion in solvents such as toluene and methyl ethyl ketone without changing its properties.
4. Flame resistance: retains its performance after exposure to flame.
5. Requires no electricity, presents no electric shock risk, produces no harmful radiation and does not pollute the environment.
